Denia
Located near the border with the Valencian province, Denia is the capital of the Marina Alta district.
With average temperatures of 20ºC Denia can be enjoyed all year round. The area is popular with tourists and provides a wide variaty attractions from the enchanting old town to the major port where you can take ferries to the islands of Menorca and Majorca.
Boasting 16km of beautifull sandy beaches with the EU Ble Flag award, there is no shortage of beach space.
Shopping & Markets
Denia has some excellent shops in the main street "Calle de Marques de Campo" with boutiques and designer stores for all tastes as well as local produce and gift shops. The local market is open in Denia from 7am till 2pm Monday to Saturday.
